PopPets ("we", "us") is operated by Beijing Chaoshuang Technology Co., Ltd. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the control you have over it.
What we collect
- Photos you upload. The everyday photos of your pet that you submit so we can create your pet's private model and portraits.
- Order information. Your name, email address, and payment confirmation details processed by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.
- Usage data. Basic, anonymized analytics that help us improve the site (pages visited, device type). No advertising trackers, no cross-site tracking.
How your photos are used
Your photos are used for exactly one purpose: creating your pet's private model and generating your portraits. Your pet's model is private to your account. It is never shared, sold, or used for any other customer, any advertising, or any public dataset.
What we never do
- We never sell your data or photos — to anyone, for any reason.
- We never use your photos to train anything other than your own pet's private model.
- We never share your gallery publicly without your explicit consent.
Storage and security
Photos and portraits are stored with encrypted, access-controlled storage. We retain them while your account is active so you can keep generating new portraits. Payment processing is handled by PCI-DSS compliant providers.
Your rights
- Export. Your portraits are yours — download them anytime in print-ready quality.
- Delete. Email privacy@poppets.ai from your account email and we will permanently delete your photos, your pet's model, and your gallery within 30 days. We'll confirm when it's done.
- Access & correction. Ask us anytime what data we hold about you.
Cookies
We use a minimal set of functional cookies required for checkout and sign-in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
Children's privacy
Our service is directed at adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email before they take effect. The "last updated" date above always reflects the current version.
