We want you to be completely in love with your pet's portraits. If you're not floored by the result, we'll make it right — or refund you in full.

14-day money-back guarantee

Every order is covered by our 14-day money-back guarantee. If your portraits don't capture your pet the way you hoped, contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@poppets.ai and we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method. No questions asked.

Before you request a refund

Portraits improve dramatically with better source photos. If some of your portraits miss the mark, write to us first — our team will happily re-craft your pet's gallery using additional photos you provide, free of charge. Most concerns are resolved this way.

How refunds are processed

Refund requests are reviewed within 1–2 business days. Once approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the amount typically appears within 5–10 business days.

Exceptions

Because each pet's gallery is crafted individually, completed and delivered galleries are otherwise non-returnable. This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
