Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of poppets.ai (the "Service"), operated by Beijing Chaoshuang Technology Co., Ltd. ("PopPets", "we", "us"). By placing an order or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

PopPets creates a private, personalized portrait gallery of your pet based on photos you upload. Each order includes your pet's private model and a defined set of stylized portraits delivered through your gallery, as described on our site at the time of purchase.

2. Orders and payment

• Prices are shown in US dollars and include the services listed on the pricing page at the time of purchase.
• Payment is processed by our third-party payment providers. We do not store your card details.
• Delivery typically completes within about 24 hours of photo submission; we'll notify you by email when your gallery is ready.

3. Your photos and content

• You confirm that you own or have permission to use the photos you upload, and that they do not infringe anyone's rights or violate any law.
• You retain ownership of your original photos. Generated portraits are provided to you for personal, non-commercial use; you may print and share them with attribution appreciated but not required.
• Your pet's private model is unique to your account and is never used for any other customer or purpose.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to upload photos that are illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, or that depict animal abuse of any kind. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that violate this policy without refund where the violation is material.

5. Refunds

Every order is covered by our 14-day money-back guarantee, described in our Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, its design, and its underlying technology are owned by PopPets. Your portraits are delivered to you under the license described in Section 3.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is". We work hard to make every portrait faithful to your pet, but artistic results vary with source photo quality and the selected style. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PopPets' total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
